  • Do I need to staff techs?
    We have a full repertoire of trained techs and operators to assist you in your program. However, if you have preferred qualified technicians you’ve used in the past, we would be happy to support them.
  • Do I have to work with the union?
    That depends on the venue and their requirements. We do have access to various payroll houses to provide qualified union personnel if needed. If you don’t want to work with a Union Eventity Solutions can provide qualified operators. However, the local houses may require a “shadow.”
  • Do you provide spare equipment?
    YES! We provide redundancy in critical areas. Don't worry! If an issue arises, we will provide a solution. The show must go on!
  • Can I rent your equipment but operate it with my own technicians?
    That will depend on the complexity of your event and the gear / technology requested.
  • What areas / states do you service?
    While we mainly operate within the continental US, we’re proud to say we’ve executed events around the globe. We have vendor partners internationally to help support your event.
  • What if the venue hotel has a contracted AV company?
    In your initial contract negotiations with your venue, you can specify your desire to bring in an outside vendor partner. Pssst...we suggest Eventity Solutions.
  • Will Eventity Solutions be on site during the event?
    Absolutely! We are there with you every step of the way.
  • Can I add extra gear on site?
    Yes, we can add additional equipment as requested.
  • Does Eventity Solutions create renderings and room diagrams?
    Yes, we love to see your vision come to life!
  • Does Eventity Solutions do virtual, hybrid, or livestreaming events?
    Yes, we do! In fact, we've been doing so for many, many years.
